Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Post-Merger Integration Manager to support the PMI Lead in day-to-day management of a post-merger integration programme. You will maintain plans, coordinate workstreams, track risks and dependencies, and ensure clear ownership across the programme.

You will work with Executive Sponsors, Workstream Owners, and cross-functional teams to govern effectively, enable timely decisions, and deliver the First 100 Days and broader integration activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or programme management, PMO, transformation, integration, or consulting.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, dependencies, action, and decision logs.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Advantage: knowledge of Ukrainian.
• Experience with AI tools, e.g., Microsoft Copilot.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Post-Merger Integration Manager to support the PMI Lead in the day-to-day management of a post-merger integration programme. In this role, you will help keep the integration structured, transparent, and moving forward by maintaining plans, coordinating workstreams, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring clear ownership across the programme.

You will work closely with Executive Sponsors, Workstream Owners, and functional teams to support effective governance, timely decision-making, and successful delivery of First 100 Days and wider integration activities.

What you will do:

• Maintain the integrated PMI plan, including key milestones, dependencies, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate activities across functional workstreams to ensure alignment, ownership, and progress visibility.
• Track actions, owners, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and decisions through clear programme logs and dashboards.
• Prepare governance meetings, integration reviews, status updates, and management materials.
• Document key decisions and follow up on their implementation across relevant teams.
• Support Workstream Owners in defining plans, deliverables, priorities, and next steps.
• Maintain the shared PMI workspace and ensure programme documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Requirements:

• Experience in project or programme management, PMO, transformation, integration, or consulting.
• Strong planning, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and multiple workstreams.
• Practical experience with governance, risk management, dependency tracking, action logs, and decision logs.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian would be an strong advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with a degree of ambiguity.
