Job summary

Security Masters in Warsaw is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT implementation and consulting projects for clients, from IT audits through Microsoft 365 deployments to security initiatives. You will plan, coordinate technical teams, and maintain client communications to deliver projects on time and with the highest quality. Hybrid model: approx.

2 days remote, 3 days on-site. Form of cooperation: B2B or contract of mandate.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and basic cloud solutions.
• English B2 proficiency.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects end-to-end from planning to completion.
• Create schedules, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate technical teams and communicate with clients.
• Monitor risks, escalate issues, and report progress.

Location: Warsaw (hybrid model: approx. 2 daysremote, 3 days on-site/at clients)

Form of cooperation: B2B or contract of mandate

Salary: 7,500 – 10,000 PLN net/month
+performance bonus

As a Project Manager at Security Masters, you will be responsible forleading implementation and consulting projects for our clients — fromIT audits through Microsoft 365 deployments to security initiatives.Your role will involve planning, coordinating technical teams, andmaintaining client communication to deliver projects on time and withthe highest quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects end-to-end — from planning to implementationand wrap-up
• Creating schedules, managing budgets, and allocating projectresources
• Coordinating technical teams and communicating with clients
• Monitoring risks, escalating issues, and reporting progress
• Ensuring solution quality and client satisfaction
• Documenting projects and conducting status meetings

What we expect from you:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and basic cloud solutions
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively withvarious stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum,PRINCE2 – preferred)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problemsefficiently
• English proficiency at B2 level
