Job summary

Security Masters is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst in Warsaw with a hybrid work model (approx. 2 days remote, 3 days on-site/at clients) to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents for client IT environments.

You will work with administrators, engineers, and clients, implementing remediation steps and security best practices to increase resilience against attacks. The role offers a competitive net salary and a clear path for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, and security principles in Azure AD.
• Ability to analyze logs and correlate events.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell / automation (nice to have).
• Communication skills and the ability to report findings clearly.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring clients' IT environments and detecting potential threats.
• Analyzing logs, alerts, and security events.
• Escalating incidents and recommending remediation actions.
• Supporting incident handling—from detection to closure and final report.
• Preparing reports and recommendations from security audits.
• Participating in security uplift projects (MFA, hardening, policies).

Salary: 5,000 - 15,000 PLN net/month
+performance bonus

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be part of the team responsiblefor detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents.
