Sii Poland is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to support our internal project organizing developers' work in Gdansk. This paid internship offers close collaboration with an experienced Delivery Manager and development teams to learn day-to-day project management in digital and e-commerce contexts.

You will manage an internal IT project, plan tasks, collect updates, and prepare reports while coordinating meetings and client visits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT Project Management/related field at university.
• Active involvement in student organizations, courses, or projects.
• Very good Polish language skills (spoken and written).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an internal IT project from planning to production deployment.
• Plan and monitor tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and issues.
• Collect status updates and prepare project progress reports.
• Organize access, meetings, and resources for smooth delivery.
• Support the Delivery Manager in schedule, scope, budget, and risk tracking.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare meeting notes, project summaries and status updates.
• Assist in coordinating client meetings and visits to the office.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
