Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to support internal project organizing for developers in Gdansk. This paid internship lets you work closely with a Delivery Manager and development teams, and you'll be assigned your own internal project to learn about day-to-day life on digital and e-commerce projects.

You will gain hands-on experience coordinating planning, scheduling, dependencies and risks, preparing progress reports, and supporting client meetings, all while working

Qualifications

• Student in 4th or 5th year pursuing IT project management or related field.
• Excellent Polish (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to work primarily from the office (3/4 of full-time).
• Basic understanding of IT team structures and software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an internal IT project from planning to production deployment.
• Plan and monitor tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and ongoing issues.
• Collect status updates and prepare progress reports.
• Organize access, meetings and resources for smooth project delivery.
• Support the Delivery Manager in monitoring schedule, scope, budget and risks.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare meeting notes, project summaries, and status updates.
• Assist in organizing client meetings and office visits.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
