Job summary

Sii is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern in Gdansk to support internal project organization of developers’ work. This paid internship lets you work with an experienced Delivery Manager and development teams, handling your own internal project and gaining exposure to day-to-day digital and e-commerce project work.

You will learn by doing, attend Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to project planning, reporting, and client-facing activities while developing essential PM skills.

Qualifications

• 4th or 5th-year university student.
• Pursuing IT Project Management/IT Management related degree.
• Basic understanding of IT team structures and software development processes.
• Experience organizing at least one event, student project, conference or hackathon.
• Active participation in student organizations, trainings or university projects.
• Very good command of Polish, both spoken and written.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Willingness to work primarily from the office, ~3/4 of a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an internal IT project from planning through production deployment.
• Plan and monitor tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and issues.
• Collect status updates and prepare progress reports.
• Organize access, meetings, and resources for smooth delivery.
• Support the Delivery Manager in schedule, scope, budget and risks.
• Participate in Scrum team meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and project materials.
• Support client meetings and office visits.
• Communicate with stakeholders across teams to ensure info flow.
