FlexDev sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects for external clients, spanning presales through delivery.

You will own client opportunities and coordinate with business development, delivery teams and stakeholders to design and deliver solutions. The role demands strong PM skills, stakeholder management, risk handling and communication; you will manage multiple projects, balance expectations, and help teams improve delivery velocity while maintaining client

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects internally and for our external clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the presales, contracting and project initiation stages.
• Coordinate the transition from sales to project delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, expectations, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support PMO activities, including project governance, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation actions, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take ownership of qualified client opportunities handed over by the Business Development Manager and manage them through the presales and contracting process.

We are looking for a Project Manager who smiles with enjoyment on new problems arising. One who will take ownership of qualified client opportunities and projects, working closely with our Business Development team, external clients and internal delivery teams.

You will play a key role in the presales and project lifecycle - from understanding client needs and designing the right solution, through proposal and contract finalization, to coordinating project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring strong project management, communication and commercial skills, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and turn client requirements into effective solutions.
