Job summary

Antal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Data Centre team in Katowice. The successful candidate will coordinate the construction phase of a Data Centre project, ensuring milestones are met and activities run to schedule.

You will liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to maintain progress, report KPI progress, and support handover activities. Fluency in English is required, and on-site presence in Katowice is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience coordinating the construction of Data Centre projects or other complex mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
• Experience working with project scheduling tools.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Assist with project reporting, including progress updates and KPI tracking.
• Support commissioning and handover activities where required.
