Antal in Katowice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Data Centre team, coordinating the construction phase and ensuring milestones are met.

You will work with clients, project managers, contractors, and consultants to manage schedules, monitor progress, and support reporting. Fluency in English is required for successful collaboration on this international project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating Data Centre or mission-critical projects.

• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.

• Support planning, documentation, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Escalate issues as necessary.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Data Centre team in Katowice. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the construction phase of a Data Centre project, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule and key project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Data Centre construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall progress.
• Coordinate activities between the client, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Track project deliverables and identify potential risks or delays.
• Support project planning and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Organise and participate in coordination meetings, preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and **escalate** issues where necessary.
• Assist with project reporting, including progress updates and KPI tracking.
• Support commissioning and handover activities where required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating the construction of Data Centre projects or other complex mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
• Experience working with project scheduling tools .
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
