g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of a major mission-critical construction programme in Poland. You will lead packages from construction through commissioning and handover on a flagship data centre project.

You will manage subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders, drive programme performance, and oversee health, safety, quality and compliance on site. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, project controls, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• EU work eligibility.
