Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of a major mission-critical construction programme in Poland. You will lead packages from construction through commissioning and handover on a flagship data centre project.

You will manage subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders, drive programme performance, and oversee health, safety, quality and compliance on site. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of construction delivery, project controls, and stakeholder management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of key project packages from construction through commissioning and handover
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Drive programme performance and ensure milestones are achieved
Oversee health & safety, quality, and compliance across all site activities
Coordinate CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning teams
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client expectations
Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates
