The purpose of this position is to lead and govern a complex, large-scale global ERP upgrade, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and rolling it out across more than 20 countries. Within ISS, Navision is used exclusively to support Finance processes, and this Finance-only scope will be maintained under Business Central; the role does not extend to other business-critical systems outside Finance. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery, robust programme governance, executive stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making across the full project lifecycle.
You will bring a proactive, structured, and delivery-focused approach to leading a highly complex global transformation. You will confidently navigate a cross-functional and multi-country environment, align diverse and demanding stakeholders at senior executive level, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and regions. A key expectation is to establish and embed governance practices that ensure transparency, accountability, timely escalation, and clear decision-making. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, resilience, sound judgement, and a proven ability to lead business-critical ERP programmes through ambiguity, competing priorities, and organisational change.
At ISS, we are more than just a service provider of cleaning, food, workplace and technical services, we are a partner in our customers’ success. By creating exceptional service moments and transforming workplaces into spaces where employees feel valued, engaged and productive, we enhance productivity and help our customers to attract talent and grow their businesses. This begins with our own people through training, career development, and a supportive culture – empowering them to deliver outstanding service. We know that when our people thrive, they create spaces where our customers’ employees and businesses thrive too.
Be who you are. Become what you want. Be part of something bigger.
ISS seeks to BE a place of belonging and CREATE places where every person is welcomed, embraced, and valued for exactly who they are. Places where people feel safe, respected, represented, and supported as their authentic selves.
