Job summary

Ventum Offshore is seeking an experienced Installation/MCE Project Manager to oversee onshore wind farm installations across Europe. You will manage schedule, budget, quality and safety on site in collaboration with contractors, turbine suppliers and site teams.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with HSE and technical requirements, and reporting project status to clients and management. Travel to sites will be frequent.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years onshore wind farm construction or MCE projects.
• Knowledge of wind turbine installation processes and MCE specifics.
• Ability to manage project schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations applicable to energy/wind construction sites.
• Strong communication and negotiation with subcontractors and clients.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on site.
• English proficiency for professional communication.
• Category B driving licence.

We are looking for an experienced Installation/MCE Project Manager to manage the execution of installation projects and MCE (Mechanical Completion & Erection) works on onshore wind farms. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing the schedule, budget, quality, and safety of works carried out on site, in cooperation with the general contractor, turbine suppliers, and subcontractor teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working on onshore wind farm construction sites or in MCE works
• Knowledge of wind turbine installation processes (foundations, tower, nacelle, blades) and MCE specifics
• Ability to manage project schedule and budget
• Knowledge of HSE regulations applicable to energy/wind construction sites
• Communication and negotiation skills in dealing with subcontractors and clients
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on site
• English language proficiency sufficient for smooth professional communication
• Category B driving license

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager on installation or MCE projects
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Industry HSE certifications (e.g. GWO)
• Experience working with turbine manufacturers (OEMs)
