dyvenia is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and improve delivery of a data platform service. You will manage incidents, requests, and enhancements, aligning with SLAs and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
The role blends service delivery with smaller project work and requires strong communication across cross-functional teams. You are based in Krakow, Poland, working in a hybrid setup (3 days per week) with excellent English and ITIL basics.
As a Project Manager at dyvenia, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating and continuously improving the delivery of a data platform service, ensuring incidents, requests, and enhancements are prioritised and delivered in line with agreed SLAs. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders, manage risks and competing priorities, improve workflows and ways of working, and support smaller project initiatives alongside senior Project Managers and Platform Leads.
