Job summary

BMW Group in Warsaw is seeking a Project Management & Quality Coordinator (f/m/x) to drive vendor-delivered business and IT projects. You will bridge internal stakeholders and service providers, ensuring delivery meets scope, timelines, budget, and quality.

The role requires at least 2 years of coordination experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Polish. The position offers a hybrid work model, a full-time contract, and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, business analysis or vendor-supported delivery.
• Practical experience coordinating external vendors or service providers, preferably within Business or IT projects.
• Good understanding of project lifecycles, planning, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change management and status reporting.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to constructively challenge vendor estimates, delivery plans and proposed solutions.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or project management methodologies, would be an advantage

Project Management & Quality Coordinator (f/m/x)

As a PMQ Coordinator, you will coordinate vendor-delivered business and IT projects, acting as the link between internal stakeholders and service providers while ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations.

What awaits you?

• Coordinate multiple Business and IT projects delivered primarily by external vendors.Take end-to-end accountability for project delivery by defining and maintaining the project scope, plan and timeline, and coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors responsible for executing the agreed deliverables.


• Monitor vendor delivery against agreed timelines, budget, quality expectations and contractual commitments.


• Coordinate risks, issues and change requests, ensuring timely follow-up, decision-making and escalation.


• Maintain project documentation, governance records and regular status reporting, and contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.
