Job summary

BMW Group in Warsaw is seeking a Project Management & Quality Coordinator to drive cross-functional IT and business projects with external vendors. You will own project scope, plan, and timelines, coordinating internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure delivery aligns with quality and budget expectations.

You will support risk management, status reporting, and governance while promoting process improvements and lessons learned in a dynamic international team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or vendor-delivered projects.
• Experience coordinating external vendors or service providers, preferably in Business or IT projects.
• Good understanding of project lifecycles, planning, scope, risks, issues, dependencies and status reporting.
• Commercial awareness to challenge vendor estimates and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Business and IT projects delivered primarily by external vendors.
• Monitor vendor delivery against timelines, budgets, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate risks, issues and change requests with timely follow-up and escalation.
• Maintain project documentation, governance records and regular status reporting, and contribute to lessons learned.
