Job summary

CES is expanding to Poland, seeking an all-round engineer to own projects from concept to handover, handling design, cost estimates, coordination with architects and clients, and on-site follow-up.

You will grow through internal training into a client-facing project lead, joining a multidisciplinary team focused on sustainable, energy-efficient buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Polish building regulations and standards.
• Fluent in Polish and English; good communicator.

• Owns the project from concept to final handover, including design, cost estimates, and coordination with architects and clients on-site.

CES is a family-driven engineering consultancy, founded in Belgium in 1996, with over 70 specialists in 5 offices across 4 countries. We design sustainable, energy-efficient buildings, from energy analysis to the engineering of technical systems. We are now expanding to Poland, and you can help us build it.

The role

Start from your own technical strength and grow, with our internal training, into an all-round engineer: the single point of contact between the client and our internal teams. You own your project from first concept to final handover: design, cost estimates, coordination with architects and clients, and on-site follow-up.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics or Engineering (building services, installation technology or construction), or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Polish building regulations and standards
• Structured, independent and a good communicator, with a sense for the commercial side of a project
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Plus: AutoCAD or Revit;
• Plus: Polish professional qualifications (uprawnienia budowlane) design or full coverage
