Job summary

Cundall in Warsaw is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across education, healthcare, workplace, and retail sectors, contributing to electrical design and analysis with a sustainability focus.

Under mentorship, you’ll develop skills in distribution, power generation, lighting, and security systems, with the goal of achieving chartership and increasing responsibility as you grow within our international studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or on track to complete Master’s).
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Work permit to work in Poland is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit/BIM is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical building services design and analysis for diverse projects.
• Provide specialist consultancy input and translate client needs into designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable electrical systems (distribution, power, lighting, security).
• Develop towards greater responsibility and chartership with mentorship.

The Role You'll Play

In this Graduate Electrical Engineer role, you’ll join a Warsaw team who specialise in the design of some of the most exciting projects in Poland, UK and worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across our multi-disciplinary practice, you’ll provide specialist consultancy input on projects across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, workplace, retail.

Under the guidance of our team of experienced engineers, we’ll equip you to undertake detailed electrical building services engineering design and analysis, defining and translating clients’ needs into designs for buildings, facilities and services (electrical distribution and power generation, lighting design, security systems etc) - all with sustainability at the forefront of the design.

You’ll have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop, you’ll be fully supported towards achieving chartership.

The Skills You'll Bring

• You already have a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or you are on target to achieve Master’s degree
• You will need to communicate both orally and written in English and Polish, therefore a good understanding of both languages is a mandatory requirement
• You will need to have a work permit to work in Poland
• Experience in working in AutoCAD or Revit/BIM environment is welcome
• Have a keen interest in electrical design and analysis for the built environment, and crucially - have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
• Possessing a desire for personal and professional development, you’ll have the proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• You are organised and methodical in your approach to managing your tasks and priorities, striving to meet deadlines.
