Cundall is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Warsaw team, contributing to the design of electrical building services for projects in Poland, the UK and worldwide. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver sustainable, future-ready designs.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in distribution, power generation, lighting and security design, with a clear path to chartership and professional growth in an international practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or on track to achieve Master’s degree.
• English and Polish language ability is mandatory for communication.
• A work permit to work in Poland is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit/BIM is welcome and considered a plus.
• A passion for electrical design and built environment systems.

Responsabilités

The Role

In this Graduate Electrical Engineer role, you’ll join a Warsaw team who specialise in the design of some of the most exciting projects in Poland, UK and worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across our multi-disciplinary practice, you’ll provide specialist consultancy input on projects across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, workplace, retail.

Under the guidance of our team of experienced engineers, we’ll equip you to undertake detailed electrical building services engineering design and analysis, defining and translating clients’ needs into designs for buildings, facilities and services (electrical distribution and power generation, lighting design, security systems etc) - all with sustainability at the forefront of the design.

You’ll have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop, you’ll be fully supported towards achieving chartership.

The Skills

• You already have a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or you are on target to achieve Master’s degree
• You will need to communicate both orally and written in English and Polish, therefore a good understanding of both languages is a mandatory requirement
• You will need to have a work permit to work in Poland
• Experience in working in AutoCAD or Revit/BIM environment is welcome
• Have a keen interest in electrical design and analysis for the built environment, and crucially - have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
• Possessing a desire for personal and professional development, you’ll have the proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• You are organised and methodical in your approach to managing your tasks and priorities, striving to meet deadlines.
