Job summary

Contracting Engineering Services (CES) is expanding its engineering services to Poland and seeks a Specialist Engineer to drive projects from design to execution. You will work with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, coordinating with managers and architects to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget targets are met.

The role requires a solid technical background, a hands-on mindset, and strong communication to align with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Licencjat) or Master’s (Magistr) in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction) or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
• Structured, time-conscious and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through execution within timelines and budgets.
• Design and dimension technical installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) with project collaborators.
• Coordinate integration of systems for optimal results.
• Attend meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
• Supervise projects on site during construction.
