Blue Projects in Warsaw is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to deliver high‑quality HVAC solutions for industrial facilities. You will design systems, coordinate with utility providers, and develop technical documentation while supporting project execution through cross‑functional collaboration and on‑site supervision.

The ideal candidate has higher education in sanitary engineering or HVAC design, strong English with native Polish, and hands‑on experience using AutoCAD, Revit (BIM)

Responsabilités

• Design HVAC system solutions for industrial facilities.
• Coordinate, verify, and approve design projects with utility providers.
• Prepare tender documentation and participate in client meetings during bidding.
• Develop complete technical documentation for HVAC systems.
• Solve technical challenges and propose design optimizations.
• Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise on-site implementation through site visits and follow-ups.
• Participate in internal and external coordination meetings.

Job Description

• Design HVAC system solutions for industrial facilities.

• Develop complete technical documentation for HVAC systems.
• Solve technical challenges and propose design optimizations.

Qualifications

• Higher education in sanitary engineering / HVAC design.
• Good command of English, Native Polish.
• Proficiency with design software: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Audytor, and related tools.
• Proven experience in designing HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accuracy.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
