Job summary

ABB in Kraków is offering an internship to support project management activities. The role involves coordinating tasks with stakeholders, using Jira/Confluence to organize work, and maintaining project documentation.

The position is part-time (30 hours/week) with a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) starting 01.10.2026. Ideal candidates are 2nd/3rd year students in PM/IT/STEM, with good English (B2/C1) and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2nd or 3rd-year university student, preferably studying Project Management, IT or a STEM-related field.
• Good command of English (B2/C1) and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing incoming requests from the business and coordinating tasks with stakeholders.
• Use Jira and Confluence to organize tasks, track progress and maintain documentation.
• Assist project management activities with follow-ups, coordination and monitoring of ongoing tasks and systems.
