As a Project Controls Specialist, you will oversee the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. You will focus on the responsibility of delivering standard data structures across the Global organization and analyzes WEC our data with strict adherence to established service level agreements. You will work in hybrid mode with 2 days at the office.
Responsibilities:
Complete ServiceNow generated tasks from Project Managers and other partners following established team's Service level agreements and Indicators
Review data entered to ensure data quality meets company standards.
Participate in data clean up projects to improve data quality and reporting
Identify data issues and lead data governance
Partner with the team on ad hoc projects as requested by team leaders.
Communicate with Project Managers, Project Controllers, other team members by email and video calls.
May work independently with general guidance
Qualifications:
B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance
At least 2 years of global experience
Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
Experience in building effective working relationships across teams and partners.
Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality, accurate work while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and organizational objectives.
Desired but not essential Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 9,250 to 11,600 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
