Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Controls Associate to oversee SAP data tasks for the Global organization in a hybrid role. You will ensure standard data structures across the global team with adherence to SLAs, reporting to the Project Controls Team Leader.

The role blends office days with remote work and quarterly site presence. You should bring a BA/BS in Business or Finance and 1+ year of global experience, with strong analytical, relationship-building and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in SAP PS system and other bases of experience.
• Complete ServiceNow tasks from Project Managers and partners per SLAs.
• Review data for quality and ensure standards are met.
• Participate in data cleanup projects to improve data quality and reporting.
• Identify data issues and drive data governance.
• Collaborate with team on ad hoc projects as needed.
• Communicate with Project Managers and other partners via email and video calls.
• May work independently with general guidance.

As the Project Controls Associate you will oversee the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. You will focus on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization with strict adherence to established service level agreements. You will report to Project Controls Team Leader. This is a hybrid role. The team is working 2 days per week at the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in SAP PS system and other basing of experience
• Complete ServiceNow generated tasks from Project Managers and other partners following established team's Service level agreements and Indicators
• Review data entered to ensure data quality meets company standards.
• Participate in data clean up projects to improve data quality and reporting
• Identify data issues and lead data governance
• Partner with the team on ad hoc projects as requested by team leaders.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Project Controllers, other partners by email and video calls.
• May work independently with general guidance

Qualifications

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance
• +1 year of global experience
• Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
• Experience in building effective working relationships across teams and partners.
• Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality, accurate work while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Desired but not essential Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 7,333 to 9,133 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
