Antal is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to co-lead large-scale SAP rollouts across multiple countries and business units. You will work with the Programme Lead, SAP Center of Excellence and external partners through the full rollout lifecycle including planning, data migration, cutover and go-live.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/ERP project management, hands-on SAP rollout experience, and strong stakeholder management in an international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
• Hands-on SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Full SAP project lifecycle knowledge including planning, fit-to-template, data migration, cutover, training and go-live.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience across SAP modules FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP or QM.
• Experience delivering projects in international multi-country environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Experience managing external vendors and SAP Center of Excellence or similar template organization.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
• English at C1 level or higher.

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to join a large-scale, international SAP transformation programme.

In this role, you will co-lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries and business units, working closely with the Programme Lead, business stakeholders, SAP Center of Excellence and external implementation partners. You will be involved throughout the full rollout lifecycle, from planning and fit-to-template analysis to data migration, cutover, training and go-live.

Your responsibilities

• Co-lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across different countries and business units, sharing responsibility for delivery throughout all project phases.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and step in for the Programme/Project Lead when required.
• Support planning and delivery across core SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM and SD.
• Conduct fit-to-template / fit-gap analysis together with local business stakeholders.
• Coordinate data migration, cutover, training and go-live activities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate external implementation partners and work closely with the SAP Center of Excellence.
• Support template governance, compliance and business continuity throughout the rollout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international project environment.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT/ERP project management.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Strong understanding of the full SAP project lifecycle, including planning, fit-to-template, data migration, cutover, training and go-live.
• Experience working with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience across several SAP modules, ideally FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP or QM.
• Experience delivering projects in an international, multi-country environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with senior/executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Experience managing external vendors and cooperating with a SAP Center of Excellence or similar template organisation.
• Solid project management skills covering scope, schedule, budget and risk management.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
• English at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with template-based multi-country programmes.
• Experience with business-unit transfers or carve-outs.
