Job summary

Antal is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to co-lead large-scale SAP rollouts across multiple countries and business units. You will work with the Programme Lead, SAP Center of Excellence and external partners through the full rollout lifecycle including planning, data migration, cutover and go-live.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/ERP project management, hands-on SAP rollout experience, and strong stakeholder management in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
• Hands-on SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Full SAP project lifecycle knowledge including planning, fit-to-template, data migration, cutover, training and go-live.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience across SAP modules FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP or QM.
• Experience delivering projects in international multi-country environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Experience managing external vendors and SAP Center of Excellence or similar template organization.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
• English at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across countries and units.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and support Programme Lead.
• Support planning and delivery across core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
• Conduct fit-to-template / fit-gap analysis with local stakeholders.
• Coordinate data migration, cutover, training and go-live activities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate external partners and SAP Center of Excellence.
• Support template governance, compliance and business continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in an international project environment.
