The Program Manager enables, runs and develops the UCIS B2B Partner Program and the corporate trade-in program across the region. This is an internal, enabling role: it does not sell to or manage end customers. It builds the rules, targets, processes and tools, and makes sure country teams and partners can use them every day.
The role is the single owner of program governance: it projects partner targets from the annual plan, tracks and monitors partner performance, and brings country stakeholders and ASBIS functions together so that new programs such as trade-in work end to end.
Key Responsibilities - Partner Programs:
- Enable the program in each country. Roll out the program tiers (Authorized, Managed, Self-service), entry criteria, benefits and rules in all seven countries, with the country leads; onboard new partners and keep program documentation and playbooks up to date.
- Maintain and develop the program. Review the program every quarter: what works, what partners use, what to fix or stop; propose improvements, new benefits and incentive mechanics; keep the program simple for small partners.
- Project targets. Translate the annual plan into partner targets per country, tier and quarter, together with the country leads and PDMs; set incentive thresholds and keep targets aligned with the country and PDM plan.
- Track and monitor partner performance. Build and maintain the tools to track partner performance: partner scorecard and dashboards (Power BI), target attainment, pipeline, attach rate, program compliance; publish monthly reports and flag partners off track early.
- Priority partners. Define the criteria and select priority partners per country with the country teams (growth potential, capability, certification, profitability); agree a development plan for each and track progress.
- Incentives and claims. Run rebate, incentive and co-marketing calculations, claims and payouts with ASBIS finance; manage the program budget and measure the return of every incentive in gross profit.
- Governance and cadence. Own the program calendar: quarterly target setting, monthly performance reviews, input to the QBR with Apple and the country leads; keep partner data clean and consistent across countries.
- Enablement. With the partner training team and Presales, set certification paths per tier and make sure partners have the materials, price lists and tools they need to sell.
- Design the model. Define how corporate trade-in works for UCIS B2B: process, pricing logic, credit rules, device grading, logistics and settlement, with the selected trade-in / ITAD provider.
- Enable inside the company. Work with ASBIS finance, credit, legal, logistics and IT to set up contracts, accounting, reverse logistics and system flows so that trade-in can be offered on every refresh deal.
- Select priority partners and customers. With the country teams, choose the priority partners to launch with and build the list of priority customer segments and accounts where refresh is due; agree the launch plan per country.
- Roll out country by country. Launch in the lead markets first, then scale to the other countries; prepare guidelines, training and FAQs for country teams and partners.
- Monitor and track. Track trade-in deals, devices collected, value credited and impact on new device sales per country and partner; report results and adjust the model.
Other programs:
- Support new programs and pilots that help partners sell (for example SMB subscription or financing offers with ASBIS finance and external providers): define the rules, enable the process and measure results
- Benchmark partner and trade-in programs of other vendors and regions and propose improvements
Key performance indicators:
- Program live in every country, with quarterly targets agreed with all program partners
- Share of program partners on their quarterly target
- Priority partners selected and on their development plan
- Partner performance tools live, accurate and used in monthly reviews and QBRs
- Trade-in enabled per country: process live, number of trade-in deals and value credited
- Incentives and claims paid on time; program return in gross profit vs. incentive spend
Requirements:
- 5+ years in channel program, partner program or program / project management with an IT vendor or distributor (Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo or similar)
- Proven experience designing, launching and running partner programs, rebates or incentive schemes across several countries
- Experience setting up a new program or process end to end inside a company (finance, legal, logistics, IT); trade-in, buy-back or leasing experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills: target setting, P&L and incentive models; advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Structured and organised: plans work, manages several workstreams, keeps deadlines and follows up
- Clear communicator who can align country teams and central functions without direct authority
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) is a plus
- Fluent English and Russian; local language of a UCIS country is a plus

- Constant interaction with global teams of professionals
