LTM seeks an IT Ecommerce Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead delivery, transformation and governance for enterprise-scale platforms. 15+ years experienced IT eCommerce Program Manager to lead the delivery, transformation, and operational governance of enterprise-scale digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large global programs built on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), driving cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing eCommerce solutions.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end program leadership, including platform roadmap planning, global market rollouts, platform modernization, upgrades, integrations, governance, release management, and operational excellence across B2C, D2C, B2B, and Marketplace ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong background in Agile, SAFe, and traditional program management methodologies.
• Lead multiple eCommerce initiatives across Adobe Commerce and SAP Commerce platforms.
• Manage program scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive strategic platform transformation, modernization, and multi-market rollout programs.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and steering committee reviews.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, customer experience, and technology roadmaps.
• Manage market onboarding, localization, and global template deployments.
• Ensure successful execution of release planning, deployment governance, and change management.
• Partner with Product Owners, Digital Commerce Leaders, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate executive-level communication and decision-making.
• Manage distributed global teams including Program Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and Support teams.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor project managers and delivery leads.

Technology & Architecture Oversight

• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define scalable commerce solutions.
• Ensure effective integration with:
• SAP S/4HANA / ERPCRM platforms
• CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore)
• Payment gateways
• OMS and WMS systems
• Marketing automation platforms
• Middleware and API platforms
