Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Production Support Engineer to collaborate with manufacturing teams and Responsible Engineering Authorities. You will investigate technical problems, review engineering changes, and help maintain product quality while supporting production improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in production or manufacturing engineering, a degree in a relevant field, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Polish (C2) and English (B2+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environments and involvement in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate technical problems during manufacturing and testing.
• Support engineers in reviewing nonconformances and engineering changes.
• Analyze product failures and support root cause investigations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
• Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to improve processes.
• Support production readiness and corrective action activities.

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to work with manufacturing teams and Responsible Engineering Authorities (REAs). The engineer will help resolve technical issues, maintain product quality, and support production improvements.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate technical problems reported during manufacturing and testing.
• Support authorized engineers in reviewing nonconformances and engineering changes.
• Analyze product failures and support root cause investigations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
• Work with quality, operations, and design teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Support production readiness and corrective action activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical product support.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem solving.
• Knowledge of product configuration and engineering change management.
• English at B2 level or higher.

• Fluent Polish language skills (C2) mandatory

Nice to Have

• Experience with 8D, FMEA, or FRACAS.
• Knowledge of SAP, PLM systems, and quality management processes.
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
