Job summary

Quest Global in Warsaw is looking for a Technical Documentation Engineer to prepare, review, and maintain Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for engineering and manufacturing projects. You will work with engineers to resolve documentation issues and support manufacturing teams with released documents.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical documentation, a technical degree, and the ability to read mechanical or electrical drawings, with English level B2 or higher.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical documentation, design engineering, or configuration management.
• Technical degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Ability to read mechanical or electrical engineering drawings.
• Experience with document control and revision management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and engineering documentation tools.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Check technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage document revisions and engineering change records.
• Support the release of approved documents to manufacturing teams and suppliers.
• Work with engineers to resolve documentation issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in technical documentation, design engineering, or configuration management.
• Technical degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Ability to read mechanical or electrical engineering drawings.
• Experience with document control and revision management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and engineering documentation tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Teamcenter, Windchill, or another PLM system.
• Knowledge of GD&T, engineering standards, and defense documentation requirements.
