Quest Global in Warsaw is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support development of structural frames and mechanical systems for high-mobility platforms. You will design, test, and prepare technical documentation, creating 3D models and BOMs while collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams.

Requires 3–5 years in mechanical/structural design, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and proficiency with NX/Creo/CATIA/SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or structural design.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD tools: NX, Creo, CATIA or SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of materials, loads, and manufacturing processes.
• English level at least B2.

Responsabilités

• Design and improve mechanical frames and supporting structures.
• Create 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs.
• Support structural analysis, prototype builds, and tests.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve design issues.

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of structural frames and mechanical systems for high-mobility platforms. The engineer will work on design, testing, and technical documentation.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve mechanical frames and supporting structures.
• Create 3D models, technical drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Support structural analysis, prototype builds, and engineering tests.
• Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to solve design issues.
• Update designs based on test results and production feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or structural design.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Siemens NX, Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of materials, mechanical loads, and manufacturing processes.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile platforms, defense vehicles, or aerospace structures.
• Knowledge of FEA tools, structural testing, and GD&T.
