Job summary

Quest Global is hiring a Software Engineer to support software development, testing, integration, and troubleshooting for complex engineering systems in Poland. The role involves collaboration with systems and test engineers and maintenance of software documentation.

Required 3–5 years in software development, a degree in CS/SE/Electronics, and proficiency in C, C++, or Python, plus Git. English B2+ is expected. Nice-to-have includes Linux experience and CI/CD familiarity.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of software applications or embedded modules.
• Investigate and resolve software defects.
• Create and execute software tests.
• Support software integration with electronic hardware.
• Maintain technical documentation and software change records.
• Work closely with systems and test engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in software development or software engineering support.
