Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Szczecin is seeking a Production Planning Manager (F/M/D) to lead a dedicated planning team and ensure optimal use of production capacity while delivering excellent customer service.

You will coordinate daily activities, plan and release orders, analyze demand against capacity, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Material Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer Service to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior people management experience is an advantage
• Experience with SAP
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting
• Solid understanding of MRP, capacity planning and scheduling
• Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• English level at least B2

Responsibilities

Your ideal background:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning


• Experience in a manufacturing environment


• Previous people management experience is an advantage


• Experience working with SAP


• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and reporting


• Good understanding of production planning processes, including MRP, capacity planning, and scheduling


• Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment


• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities


• English minimum B2 level
