  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Logistics from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Logistics, Planning or Sourcing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
  • Skilled in administrating planning tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading FCT accuracy improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated planning activity in the EMEA region, including forecasting, supply and resource planning.
  • Inform product cost changes, factory capacity adjustment, supply concerns, report changes in product lead times.
  • Actively engage in the Order2Cash delivery process in EMEA region to ensure regional revenue and service level targets are delivered.
  • Develop, implement and monitor standardized KPI's.
  • Support the deployment of NPI together with M&T, Sales and Customer Service across the EMEA region following the standard deployment methodology.
  • Through engagement in the regional demand planning review and approve changes helping operations team to adapt accordingly.
  • Lead the Sales and Operations Process and approve the supply and demand plans.
  • Administrate planning tools and develop reporting for key performance activities.
  • Collaborate with finance to establish annual budgets, support monthly performance to budget reporting and analysis.

Job description

The EMEA Demand Planning Manager is responsible for translating Sales demand forecast in alignment with Production Planning internally as well as production of 3rd Part products externally. The EMEA Demand Planning Manager will lead the process and interact with all relevant stakeholders. This position will lead finish goods demand planning with focus on FCT accuracy and trend analysis. Furthermore, this role is responsible for finished goods supply chain process and managing capacity allocation between the plants to ensure optimum resources utilization. Operational business excellence and cost reduction initiatives will also be in scope.

The objective of this role is to ensure overall demand can be satisfied with on time product availability and potential escalations will be properly managed and resolved. This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on application to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operations.
