Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman Kraków is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join the Alternatives team. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and manage project delivery across the Alternatives platform.

You’ll lead UAT, coordinate with business users, tech teams, and vendors to implement solutions and drive efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, several years in financial services, and strong analytical and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in business analysis, QA, PM, or related roles.
  • 5+ years in financial services preferred.
  • Experience with systems implementations or business transformation projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products and fund administration preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

About the Team

The Alternative Product Team supports Alternative Fund Accounting and Fund Administration through process improvement, application development, and production support. The Product Support Analyst partners with business teams, technology teams, and vendors to identify business needs, deliver system enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the Alternatives platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Manage and support project delivery, including implementation planning, testing, training, and rollout activities.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and results analysis.
  • Partner with business users, technology teams, and vendors to design and implement solutions.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for new functionality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and operational processes.
  • Mentor junior Product Support Analysts and review business requirements documentation.
  • Support ongoing operational excellence through service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of business analysis, quality assurance, project management, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience working on systems implementations or business transformation projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products and fund administration preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
