Job summary

Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. is recruiting on behalf of our client, a global investment bank, for a role based in Kraków focused on tax reclaim support.

You will review records, prepare complete reclaim documentation, reconcile inventories, and coordinate with agents to file applications while validating client instructions. This contract offers professional growth, private medical care, and the possibility of long-term cooperation with our client.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• English level at least B2.
• Research, analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Customer service orientation and aim to exceed client expectations.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Review records in terms of required documentation and prepare tax reclaim applications containing complete sets of market specific paperwork.
• Reconcile reclaim inventory and communicate outstanding applications to Clients.
• Cooperate with agents in order to file tax reclaim applications with the Market.
• Validate and process various Client’s instructions.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• English skills at minimum B2 level.
• Research, analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Customer Service orientation, works to exceed client expectations.
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to diligently work in a deadline-driven environment.
