TAKKT Group is looking for a motivated Product Owner ERP (gn) to shape new worlds of work in Warsaw. The role involves defining the vision for ERP features and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver results effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics, strong analytical skills, and a background in e-commerce. This position offers a competitive salary and a flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for ERP features
• Prioritize, develop, and deliver features in close alignment with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
• Lead sprint planning, iteration execution, and performance tracking via KPIs
• Create and enhance features in ERP, particularly within the offer‑to‑order lifecycle
• Analyze success metrics and continuously evolve the feature set

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Engineer with ERP Systems, ideally Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O
• Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, especially within retail
• Proficiency with databases, networking, DevOps, and cloud environments
• Agile mindset with DevOps integration and stakeholder collaboration
• Analytical thinker with strong communication and ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Bonus: Certifications in Azure/AWS, TOGAF, SAF
