Job summary

Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, seeks an experienced Product Owner to drive organizational transformation and Agile adoption across a global technology environment.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, lead Agile teams, and design product strategy, roadmap and backlog while aligning with financial planning and FP&A processes. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership and a pragmatic approach to accelerate value.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Product Ownership, Agile transformation, Change Management, Project Management or Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Experience supporting organizational change and implementing new ways of working.
• Strong experience in Product Management / Product Leadership, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
• Finance Forecasting or FP&A expertise, including experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis or related financial planning processes.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI, with the ability to understand and apply these capabilities in a product/business context.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate complex environments, manage dependencies and balance global solutions with local business needs.
• Strong decision-making skills, with a pragmatic approach focused on accelerating business value while supporting sustainable delivery and long-term product evolution.
• Experience connecting product investments and budgets with measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and organizational units.
• Act as a change agent, helping teams and stakeholders adopt new ways of working and Agile principles.
• Work closely with leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and delivery teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and change activities to support Agile adoption.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks, resistance and capability gaps.
• Develop and implement change management and communication strategies.
• Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency, delivery processes and overall effectiveness.
• Identify dependencies and barriers to change and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Track progress and measure the impact of transformation initiatives using relevant KPIs and feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Work in a global and multicultural environment with stakeholders from different business and technology areas.
