Job summary

Sphera is seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Chemical Management platform. You will bridge Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development to translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering on design and feasibility, create acceptance criteria, and support roadmap planning. English communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Nice to Have: Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions.
• Experience supporting software modernization or re-architecture programs.
• Exposure to regulated, compliance-driven, or governance-focused applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance workflows and environments.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Review and validate delivered functionality, providing acceptance feedback.
• Support product roadmap planning and continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to strategic modernization and product re-architecture initiatives.
