Sphera seeks a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Chemical Management platform. You will bridge Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development to translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements.

• Partner with engineering teams on solution design, feasibility assessments, and architectural discussions.
• Review and validate delivered functionality, providing acceptance feedback.
• Support product roadmap planning and continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to strategic modernization and product re-architecture initiatives.
