The role requires 2+ years in business analysis or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a global team within a growing SaaS

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS, Professional Services, Consulting, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Politics, or related field.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders or customers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within global, cross-functional teams.
