Job summary

Sphera Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Chemical Management platform.

You will bridge Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services and Development to translate customer needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements. In this remote, Poland-based role, you will own the backlog, write user stories, validate delivered functionality, and contribute to modernization and architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM/BA in a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and architecture.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Own and manage the Chemical Management product backlog.
