Job summary

IDEMIA in Łódź, Poland is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to understand customer requirements for connectivity solutions such as Remote Subscription Platform. You will drive specifications with the BUILD organization outside Europe and shape the evolution of our solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom or services with Product Manager/Owner experience, security/SIM knowledge, RSP tender involvement, strong communication, a CS degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry or in professional services with Product Manager / Product Owner experience.
• Demonstrated experience in security solutions and in managing SIM cards is desired.
• Proven RSP tender participation for MNOs.
• Strong problem solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including development, sales and marketing.
• Ability to interface with customers in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment; adaptable to change.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and documents project requirements by connecting with stakeholders.
• Defines and updates the project backlog, including acceptance criteria for coverage and traceability.
• Leads the progress of the project against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards and regulatory constraints.
• Conducts risk analysis and monitors mitigation plans.
• Provides vision and direction to stakeholders including technical teams and customers.
• Owns the quality, cost and timeline of the full project.
• Mentors less experienced Product Owner; may act as Principal Engineer within the TEN.
