IDEMIA Group in Łódź is seeking a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to design and execute scalable CI/CD strategies, ensuring secure deployments and reliable system health.

You will implement infrastructure automation, monitor performance with Prometheus/Grafana, and coach teams on best practices while embracing new technologies. Hybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration and strong growth opportunities in identity technologies.

Qualificações

• 4+ years as DevOps engineer in a large company
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket) Jira, Azure, ArgoCD
• Strong knowledge of Azure compute, networking, security, AKS (certs a plus)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and on-prem environments
• Experience with metrics (Prometheus) and dashboards (Grafana), Azure monitoring and KQL
• Knowledge of bash, python, groovy, istio
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit

Purpose

This role is responsible for developing and executing a Development Operations (DevSecOps) strategy to ensure quality software and infrastructure deployments and overall application health, security and performance.

Key Missions

• Defines and implements architectures CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) process tailored for the team’s environment
• Develops infrastructure to incorporate latest technology best practices, and improve operational performance
• Improves development, deployment and testing to make it as much automated as possible
• Supports teams by sharing knowledge and best practices (including clear documents for complex integration procedures)
• Defines and implements autonomously complex architecture of DevOps environments
• Promotes adoption of new technologies
• Coaches and guides less experienced DevOps/DevSecOps Engineerings
• Gives training and share best practices

Profile & Other Information

To succeed on this position you should have following:

• 4+ Experience as DevOps engineer from a large company
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket) Jira, Azure, ArgoCD
• Strong knowledge about Azure compute, networking, security, AKS ( Certificates as a plus )
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience in managing on-prem environments.
• Experience with collecting metrics (Prometheus) and monitoring dashboards (Grafana), Azure monitoring and KQL
• Knowledge of bash, python, groovy, istio
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit

The role is based inŁódź, Poland.We are working inhybrid model with at least three visits in office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). If you prefer to work fully on site, our office is always open for you :)
