Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o seeks a restless, visionary Product Owner to evolve the Intelligent Middleware (IMW) platform. You will drive transformation, align multiple teams, and persuade stakeholders to embrace bold ideas while integrating AI tools into daily workflows to boost efficiency.

You will own the product vision, collaborate with partners across projects, manage the backlog, and bridge engineering with decision-makers to maximise value delivered by the development team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with other projects and stakeholders.
• Essential skill in creating a product vision and communicating it to internal and external partners as well as engineering teams.

• Creating, executing, and taking ownership of a product vision, including architecture simplification.

Our Intelligent Middleware (IMW) is a robust and essential platform, but it's ready for its next big evolution. We are looking for a restless, visionary Product Owner who thrives on transformation. If you love taking a mature product and injecting it with a fresh, bold vision, this is your playground. We need a proactive driver who can navigate a complex ecosystem, align multiple teams, and convince stakeholders to jump on board with your ideas. Plus, we believe in working smart - you will support modern AI tools adoption into daily workflow to boost your efficiency, from shaping strategies to refining your backlog.

You will be responsible for:
