Job summary
Motorola Solutions Krakow is seeking a Java Developer with strong DevOps background to build cloud-based, highly available systems for mission-critical workloads. You will work within an agile team on end-to-end software development, contributing across design, implementation, testing and maintenance in a 24/7 support model.
Relevant experience includes Java, Kubernetes/Docker, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD tooling, and observability.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience with Java and microservices.
- Experience with modern DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- English language skills for communication with North America.
- Kubernetes/Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) experience.
- Ansible, CloudFormation or similar tooling.
- Automated testing, observability and monitoring.
- HTTP/REST protocols understanding.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar is a plus.

- Practical experience 1+ years with modern DevOps tooling (including CI/CD pipelines)
- 1+ year experience with Java
- Practical knowledge about microservices and REST API
- English language skills allowing for efficient communication with our peers and customers in North America
- Must have: Kubernetes Docker Cloud experience with AWS or Azure or private Cloud
- Practical knowledge of Ansible, Cloud formation or similar Java
- Automated testing experience
- Observability and monitoring experience
- Understanding of the following protocols HTTP / REST
- Could have: Experience in RabbitMQ/AMQ, Kafka or similar
- GStreamer Networking knowledge SIP RTP WebRTC MSRP
