Job summary

KP Labs in Gliwice, Poland is seeking a Product Owner to own the product backlog for KP Labs' onboard data processing products: turn vision and customer needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and a roadmap; prioritise by value and constraints; coordinate decisions between embedded, software, electronics and systems teams, business development and project management; keep product documentation aligned with what is delivered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as Product Owner, Technical PO or Product Manager in a technology company with software and/or hardware teams.
• Backlog and requirements management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• English B2 or better.
• Space, embedded, AI/ML, ECSS/ESA experience and Jira/Confluence are a plus.
