Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced Product Manager to join our SimCorp Dimension Platform team in Wrocław. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, drive product strategy, and ensure timely delivery while balancing stakeholder expectations.

You will collaborate with business partners, Product Owners, developers, and QA across globally distributed teams. The role combines product management, business analysis, and Scrum Master responsibilities to enable agile delivery and

Qualifications

Proven experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership, preferably within the Financial Services or Asset Management domain.
Strong knowledge of Asset Management processes, including Front Office, portfolio management, and trade processing.
Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension in product development, implementation, or platform management.
Expertise in requirements engineering: elicitation, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional scenarios.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, with practical facilitation of ceremonies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across geographies.
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and/or Business Analysis certification (CBAP/CCBA) would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and pod members to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into well-defined Features, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional scenarios to ensure clear understanding across development and QA teams.
Support the Product Owner in defining and driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Act as the Scrum Master for the pod, facilitating Agile ceremonies, promoting Agile principles, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement in team performance and delivery.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, acting as a demand gatekeeper to ensure effective prioritization based on business value, strategic alignment, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
Work closely with Developers, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure effective requirement clarification, solution alignment, and successful product delivery.
Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams, ensuring transparency, effective communication, and predictable delivery outcomes.
