Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager for core asset and investment management applications, focusing on back-office operations and the SimCorp Dimension platform. You will develop and operate SCD and related applications, working closely with business and IT teams.

We value English fluency, a solid finance/IT degree, and 3+ years in product ownership. This role includes lifecycle management, roadmaps, and collaboration across global MR ITSM

Qualifications

• Fluency in business English.
• University degree in a related field.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD).
• 3+ years in Product Owner/Manager roles.
• Familiarity with asset and investment management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• IT infrastructure, operation, and architecture knowledge.
• Strong planning and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Product Owner in a shared responsibilities model.
• Gather and translate business requirements to fulfill strategy using market/tech insights.
• Develop, customize and maintain SimCorp Dimension (SCD), with focus on fund accounting IFRS9/HGB.
• Own the service lifecycle for the products: processes, KPIs, SLAs, releases, and housekeeping.
• Plan and align the roadmap to target architecture, including security refactors.
• Initiate projects or changes, plan/configure releases and sign-off procedures.
• Ensure secure and stable production runs (vulnerability testing, DR testing).
• Manage product costs and external staff procurement/provider management.
• Integrate MR ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and ServiceNow usage.
• Lead quarterly SLA meetings; monitor service quality and identify optimization potentials.
