Job summary

Worldline in Warsaw is seeking a Product Manager to join our Risk Technology Team. You will own the product roadmap for assigned areas and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver client value.

The role requires 4+ years in product management, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English. You will lead discovery, market analysis, and launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape the future of payments technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Proven experience with cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research
• Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization processes
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives
• Drive product launches together with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders

The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Risk Technology Team. Joining our organization as a Product Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
